Refund Policy: All sales are final. Due to the nature of the product, there are no refunds or returns on any of our products.
Our decision not to accept returns for hair extensions is rooted in several considerations that prioritize both the hygiene and satisfaction of our customers. Hair extensions, being a personal and close-to-skin product, present hygiene concerns that make it challenging to resell returned items without compromising the health and safety of our customers. Once hair extensions are opened and used, they may not be in a suitable condition for resale, and accepting returns could compromise the overall quality and integrity of the product. Additionally, this policy is in line with compliance with health regulations to ensure that our customers receive products that meet the highest safety standards. We value your understanding and are here to address any questions or concerns you may have through our customer service.
Exchange Policy: While we do not accept returns due to hygiene and quality considerations, we do offer an exchange policy. It must be within 7 days of receiving your hair extensions. The exchanged item must be in its original, unopened packaging to maintain the integrity of the product. The item can not be tampered with in any way or form. For example, it cannot be combed, washed, cut, colored, or altered. To initiate the exchange process, please email our customer service at savagehaircompany@gmail.com within the specified timeframe. The customer is responsible for the cost to re-ship the item for exchanges. We will provide an invoice to be paid before the exchange can be shipped out. We also must have the original exchange before we can ship out the new exchanges item to the customer.

Savage Hair Company is not liable for any damage caused by improper installation of your hair extensions. After the sale, we are not liable for any defects, damages, or misuse of products. Savage Hair Company will not be held responsible for any damages caused to a customer's hair or hair extensions and/or after the hair extensions installation. We strongly suggest that you have a licensed stylist perform any chemical services to your hair extensions. Please be advised that coloring, dyes, bleach, or any chemical services will alter the integrity of your hair extensions, so please be aware before performing any hair-altering services. All hair reacts differently to certain products & regimens. Reactions include but are not limited to extreme dryness, breakage, shedding, matting, and tangling. Please ensure you read the description under each product before purchasing because there are no refunds.
Processing/Shipping Policy- Please be advised processing time for all orders is 2-3 business days; this does not include the shipping times. Orders are shipped out after processing & should arrive to you within 5-7 business days. Customers should expect to receive their order within 7-10 business days after ordering. Orders are not processed or shipped on the weekends or holidays. Savage Hair Company is not responsible for any packages lost in transit or responsible for any delays in shipments after Fed-Ex has received your package in their possession. Please ensure your name/address is correct on your order to ensure no problems with delivery. Savage Hair Company is also not responsible for any misspelled words, names, or addresses causing a problem with delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please provide clear photos of the item, including the packaging, to savagehairco@gmail.com. Our team will assess the issue and provide instructions for a resolution.
Incorrect Item: In the unlikely event you receive an incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately. Our team will assess the issue and reach out via email with further instructions. Once we have reviewed everything and the item is incorrect, we will then arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you. A return label will be provided for the incorrect item.
Cancellation Policy: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed. If you need to cancel your purchase before we ship your order, please email us at savagehairco.com for a refund. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed and reflected in your bank account.
